Dr. Robert C. Lang (Dr. Bob), co-founder of RLJ Dental, received his Dental Degree from Marquette University in 1981 and has been in private practice in the Fox River Valley ever since. Prior to his dental education Dr. Bob completed his undergraduate studies at UW-Fox Valley as well as UW-Oshkosh.
Dr. Bob has completed advanced training in many areas of dentistry including orthodontics, endodontics, and implantology. He truly enjoys the daily interaction with his patients and staff.
A native of the Fox Valley, Dr. Bob is an avid hunter and fisherman and, when missing, can be found at Cabela’s or Fleet Farm. Between hunting and fishing seasons Dr. Bob also enjoys tennis.
Dr. Brandon Roth is excited to continue to provide the people of the Fox Cities with outstanding dental care. He enjoys the daily communication with his patients and staff, and looks forward in treating all patients no matter how routine or complex. Dr. Brandon practices with the belief that all his patients be treated as if they are his family.
Dr. Brandon completed his undergraduate studies at Carthage College where he majored in Biology. He also excelled in sports and was a four year letter-winner on the baseball team, earning co-captain honors his senior season. Following his college graduation, Dr. Brandon continued his studies at the Marquette University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2008. He was involved in various student organizations and served as a four year member on the curriculum committee. Upon Graduation, Dr. Brandon was bestowed with two major senior class awards. He earned the Dr. Bela Fodor Memorial Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in General and Oral Pathology, as well as the Excellence in Cosmetic Dentistry Award from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry for superior performance in Aesthetic Dentistry. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Outagamie County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
A native of Neenah, Dr. Brandon, his wife Jessica, and their two boys have established themselves in the Fox Cities. They are looking forward in continuing to be a part of such a wonderful community.Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, various fitness activities, golfing, Karate, and Krav Maga. He is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and any of his fantasy sports teams.
Dr. Tony Weinandt is excited and honored to join the RLJ Dental team in the same city where he was born and raised, Menasha, WI. Dr. Tony completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at UW-Madison and UW-Oshkosh with minors in Business and Chemistry. After graduating from UW-Madison, Dr. Tony chased his dream of becoming a Broadway actor all the way to New York City. Although the big city produced a lifetime of unforgettable experiences, he was eager to get back to Wisconsin.
Dr. Tony combined his love for science, business, and people by attending the Marquette University School of Dentistry. In 2017, he graduated with high honors. Dr. Tony is extremely passionate about the work he does no matter how routine or complex. It is his belief that every patient needs to be comfortable, well-informed, and treated with dignity and respect to have the best dental experience possible.
Dr. Tony and his family reside in Greenville and are eager to make The Fox Valley their home for many years to come. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tony enjoys spending time with family and friends, his two dogs, reading, yoga, singing (while at Madison, he was part of the prestigious Wisconsin Singers performance troupe), and being in the great outdoors.
